JMST PTO IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
A few of our most urgently needed spots for Fall '22:
The Five Star School Award is presented annually to schools that have shown evidence of exemplary community involvement. Volunteers on this project will work with a designated school staff member to collect documentation and create a portfolio of examples of compliance with the award's criteria to be submitted to the school district towards the end of the year. We expect this position to take approximately 2 hours a month and we have a former volunteer ready to assist with this position.
Serve as a liaison between the PTO, school, and business/community donors within our area to directly enrich and enhance the educational experience for our school community. Volunteers will be the point persons in charge of communicating with interested donors, and aid them in submitting the proper paperwork to the school district with the assistance of school administration. We expect this position to take approximately 1 hour a month.
The PTO at Jupiter Middle School works in partnership with the administration and teachers to promote community events for our students and families. Most of these events are 100% volunteer-based and therefore we need your support to be successful.

How to Volunteer
All persons entering campus must scan in/ out through the school district's Raptor system prior to passing the front desk and going on campus. This will ensure that all persons have an up-to-the-minute background check and should be allowed to enter. Badges will be printed through the Raptor system. Volunteer hours are to be logged in on the VIPS Count tracking system. If a volunteer is not in the VIPS system, an application should be filled out so that all hours will be logged in.
